1. Overview

Keep Moving Boundaries ("KMB," "we," "us," or "our") provides customized apparel, personalized products, design services, DTF printing, embroidery, rhinestone work, vinyl applications, and other custom products and services. These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who visits our website, requests a quote, submits an order, or purchases our products or services.

2. Products & Customization

Many KMB products are made-to-order and customized according to customer specifications. Customization may include logos, artwork, quotes, names, numbers, embroidery, DTF printing, rhinestones, vinyl, and other design elements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details, including spelling, names, numbers, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, placement, and design selections. Once a customer approves an order and production or preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

3. Customer-Provided Artwork & Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other materials provided to KMB do not infringe upon another party's copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. By submitting materials to KMB, you confirm that you have the appropriate rights or authorization to use those materials for your requested project. KMB is not responsible for unauthorized materials supplied by the customer.

4. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Quotes are based on the specific requirements of each project and may include:

• Product or apparel costs
• Materials
• Design and artwork preparation
• Customization
• Production
• Labor and time required to complete the project

Additional charges may apply if project requirements change after approval or if additional products, services, materials, or production time are requested. Payment terms will be stated on the applicable quote, invoice, or order agreement. KMB may require payment in full, a deposit, or an approved payment arrangement before production begins.

5. Payment Terms & Late Payments

Customers are responsible for paying the full approved balance according to the payment terms stated on their invoice or order agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If a payment becomes past due, a late fee of 10% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Returning, refusing, abandoning, or failing to accept completed merchandise does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment obligation. KMB may suspend future orders or services for accounts with unpaid balances. If an account remains unpaid after the applicable final payment deadline, KMB may pursue available collection or legal remedies, including filing a claim in the appropriate court, as permitted by applicable law.

6. Custom Orders & Final Sale

Due to the customized nature of our products, approved custom orders are final sale. KMB does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for completed custom products except as specifically provided under our Return & Refund Policy. 7. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Production times vary depending on the type and complexity of the project, product availability, order volume, and customer approval timelines. Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon as part of a paid rush-order arrangement. KMB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply issues, third-party providers, customer delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All original KMB designs, graphics, written content, photographs, branding, and other materials created by KMB remain the property of Keep Moving Boundaries unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers retain ownership of artwork and materials they independently provide to KMB. By submitting customer-owned materials, you grant KMB permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and complete your order.

9. Product & Production Variations

Because customized products may involve printing, embroidery, rhinestones, vinyl, and other production methods, minor variations in color, placement, sizing, stitching, or appearance may occur. Digital mockups may appear slightly different from the finished physical product due to differences in screens, materials, lighting, thread, ink, and production processes. These normal variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

10. User Conduct

By using our website or Services, you agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, or infringing materials.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, or servers.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
• Use our Services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Submit materials that you do not have authorization to use.

11. Limitation of Liability

KMB is not responsible for delays, losses, or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping carriers, third-party service providers, weather, supply disruptions, or technical issues. KMB is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted or approved by the customer, including names, spelling, sizes, quantities, addresses, artwork, or other project specifications. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or protections that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

KMB respects your privacy. Personal information collected through our website and Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

KMB may update these Terms and Conditions as our business, Services, policies, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised Effective Date.
