1. Overview Keep Moving Boundaries (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers customized apparel featuring logos, quotes, and motivational designs. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers (“you”) who access our website or purchase our products.
2. Products and Customization-All apparel is made-to-order. You may personalize products by uploading logos, selecting quotes, or choosing from available design options. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours of being placed. You are solely responsible for ensuring your custom content (logos, text, etc.) does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment-Orders typically take [X] business days to process before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless arranged under a paid rush order agreement.
4. Pricing & Payment-All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We use secure third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal to handle all transactions. Sales tax may apply at checkout depending on your location.
5. All Sales Final Policy-Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. If an error occurs on our part, we will resolve it fairly and promptly.5A. Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom items unless there is a production defect or damage during shipping. If you experience a problem, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. If approved, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost. We reserve the right to deny claims that fall outside this window or do not meet our return criteria.
6. Intellectual Property-All designs, content, logos, and media on our website are the property of Keep Moving Boundaries. You retain ownership of your uploaded designs for customization, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for order production.
7. User Conduct-By using our site, you agree not to: Submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing materials. Attempt to access or interfere with our website’s code or servers. Use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, payment processors, or acts beyond our control. Slight variations in color, alignment, or sizing are expected in handmade/customized products. We are not liable for incorrect information submitted by the customer (e.g., name spelling, size selection, address errors).
