At Keep Moving Boundaries, we’re committed to getting your custom apparel to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design approval and production, but we’ll keep you updated along the way. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 5–7 business days. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available). Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.).
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the best available rate. International Shipping-At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking-Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. Lost or Damaged Packages-We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at kara.keepmovingboundaries@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.
