Effective Date: April 2025
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except for products that are defective or damaged during manufacturing. Report any defects or damage within 7 days of delivery with photos and/or order details. Any approved claims will be replaced at no extra cost. Claims outside the 7-day window or without proper evidence may be denied. All sales outside these conditions are final.
